yatas tatraiva— nāma cintāmaṇiḥ kṛṣṇaś caitanya-rasa-vigrahaḥ pūrṇaḥ śuddho nitya-mukto ’bhinnatvān nāma-nāminoh||233||

Translation

It is also said in the Padma Purāṇa: The name of the Lord fulfills all desires like cintāmaṇi. It is the very form of Kṛṣṇa. It is full of consciousness and rasa. It is complete, pure, and eternally liberated. This is because of the non-difference of the name and Kṛṣṇa.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

The name is called cintāmaṇi because it bestows all things a person may desire. This is so, because it is the svarūpa of Kṛṣṇa. The other words describe Kṛṣṇa. The name is the same as Kṛṣṇa because it is non-different from Him. The meaning here is that the one tattva of eternity, knowledge, bliss and rasa appears in two forms (rūpa and nāma). If one is particularly inquisitive, one can consult the chapter on Bhagavān in the Bhagavat-sandarbha.

Purport (Nectar of Devotion)

It is further said in the Padma Purāṇa, “There is no difference between the holy name of the Lord and the Lord Himself. As such, the holy name is as perfect as the Lord Himself in fullness, purity and eternity. The holy name is not a material sound vibration, nor has it any material contamination.”
