bhaktānāṁ bhedataḥ seyaṁ ratiḥ paṣca-vidhā matā |
agre vivicya vaktavyā tena nātra prapaṣcyate ||24||
Translation
According to the different types of devotees (with five different sthāyi-bhāvas), there are five different types of rati. These will be considered and explained later, and thus will not be discussed here.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
This ecstatic love for Kṛṣṇa can be divided into five divisions, which will be described by Śrī Rūpa Gosvāmī later on.
