(28) samaḥ –
rāga-dveṣa-vimukto yaḥ samaḥ sa kathito budhaiḥ ||120||
Translation
The learned say that a person who is free of attraction and disgust is called impartial.

A person who is unaffected by attachment and envy is said to possess equilibrium.
