(34) dakṣiṇaḥ –
sauśīlya-saumya-carito dakṣiṇaḥ kīrtyate budhaiḥ ||137||
Translation
A person who is mild due to his excellent nature is called compliant by the intelligent.

He whose character is very soft (saumya) due to his excellent nature (sauśīlya) is called compliant.
