(38) sukhī –
bhoktā ca duḥkha-gandhair apy aspṛṣṭaś ca sukhī bhavet ||145||
Translation
The person who is an enjoyer and is not touched by a trace of sorrow is called a happy person.

38. Happy
Any person who is always joyful and untouched by any distress is called happy.
