(42) pratāpī –
pratāpī pauruṣodbhūta-śatru-tāpi prasiddhi-bhāk ||156||
Translation
One who is famous for inflicting pain on the enemy with astonishing valor is called glorious (an effulgent person).

A person who can always put his enemy into calamities is called powerful.
