(46) nārī-gaṇa-mano-hārī –
nārī-gaṇa-mano-hārī sundarī-vṛnda-mohanaḥ ||166||
Translation
The person who enchants a group of women by his very nature is called an attractor of women.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
Just as the word nārī-gaṇa-manohārī indicates that attracting women is His very nature with the ending ī, sundari-vṛnda-mohanaḥ also indicates a person who by his very nature bewilders a group of beautiful women because of the ending ana on mohanaḥ. [Note: Mohana comes from the verb muh. With the suffic ana it becomes mohana.] Kṛṣṇa has this special ability of attracting the women because He possesses other qualities, such as having a beautiful body (suramyāṅga), by His very nature. Thus, the women of Vraja said kṛṣṇaṁ nirīkṣya vanitotsava-rūpa-śīlaṁ: Kṛṣṇa’s beauty and character create a festival for all women. (SB 10.21.22) The word gaṇa in the first phrase and vṛnda in the second phrase indicate a particular section of all women. Thus, there is no over-extension of the statement to include those women not endowed with genuine love of Kṛṣṇa.

46. Very Attractive to All Women
Any person who has special qualifications becomes immediately very attractive to women.
