(50) īśvaraḥ –
dvidheśvaraḥ svatantraś ca durlaṅghyājṣaś ca kīrtyate ||176||
Translation
It is said that there are two types of controllers: he who is independent and he whose orders cannot be neglected.

50. The Supreme Controller
There are two kinds of controllers, or lords: one who is independent is called controller, and one whose orders cannot be neglected by anyone is called controller.
