Verse Text
(52) sarvajṣaḥ –
para-citta-sthitaṁ deśa-kālādy-antaritaṁ tathā |
yo jānāti samastārthaḥ sa sarvajṣo nigadyate ||182||
Translation
He who is the embodiment of all things and knows the situation within all hearts through all time and space is called omniscient.

52. All-cognizant
Any person who can understand the feelings of all persons and incidents in all places at all times is called all-cognizant.
