Translation
Thus Yāmunācārya states in his stotra -- O Bhagavān! The universe, and within the universe, all the elements starting with earth, with coverings in dimensions increasing by ten times with each covering, followed by the three guṇas, the totality of jīvas, prakṛti, Vaikuṇṭha and the brahman are all Your vibhūtis.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
The universe, and within the universe, the sense objects (gocara), are Your vibhūtis. The coverings of the universe made of the elements, each ten times thicker than the previous covering, are Your vibhūtis. The totality of jīvas (puruṣa) is Your vibhūti. Vaikuṇṭha (paraṁ padam) is Your vibhūti. The brahman also is to be considered a particular manifestation with lack of qualities, under the control of the Lord in all cases.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
Śrī Yāmunācārya has prayed as follows: “My dear Lord, I know that the gigantic universe and gigantic space and time within the universe are covered by the ten layers of the material elements, each layer ten times larger than the previous one. The three material modes of nature, the Garbhodakaśāyī Viṣṇu, the Kṣīrodakaśāyī Viṣṇu, the Mahā-Viṣṇu, and beyond them the spiritual sky and its spiritual planets, known as Vaikuṇṭhas, and the Brahman effulgence in that spiritual sky—all of these taken together are nothing but a small exhibition of Your potency.”
