Translation

He who has an extraordinary role in creating and destroying the universe, who can bewilder Brahmā and Śiva and who has power to destroy the prārabdha-karmas of the devotee, is called the possessor of great, inconceivable powers.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

The sequence of three items is from greater to lesser in powers. He has the power to bewilder Brahmā, Śiva and others. “Others” refers to Saṅkarṣaṇa (Balarāma). Balarāma also gets bewildered by Kṛṣṇa. Balarāma had greater and greater realizations after Kṛṣṇa had played the role of the calves and boys for almost a year: prāyo māyāstu me bhartur nānyā me ’pi vimohinī She must be the illusory energy of My master, Lord Kṛṣṇa, for who else can bewilder Me? SB 10.13.37 The word divya in the phrase divya-sargādi-kartṛtvaṁ (taking a divya role in creating the universe) indicates that Kṛṣṇa even takes the role of antaryāmī within all the universes, but remains uncontaminated by it. Vidhvaṁsa here means vidhvaṁsanam, the cause of destruction of the prārabdha-karmas.

Purport (Nectar of Devotion)

56. Kṛṣṇa's Inconceivable Potencies Kṛṣṇa is present everywhere, not only within the universe, not only within the hearts of all living entities, but also within every atom. In the prayers of Queen Kuntī we find mention of this inconceivable potency of Kṛṣṇa. While Kṛṣṇa was talking with Kuntī, He simultaneously entered the womb of Uttarā, who was in danger due to the atomic weapon of Aśvatthāmā. Kṛṣṇa can illusion even Lord Brahmā and Lord Śiva, and He can protect all surrendered devotees from the reactions of sinful activities. These are some of the examples of His inconceivable potencies.
