atra āvṛtam –
anya-veśādinācchannaṁ svarūpaṁ proktam āvṛtam ||20||
Translation
The covered svarūpa is explained: The svarūpa is called covered when it is covered or disguised by others’ clothing.

When Kṛṣṇa is covered by different kinds of dress, His personal feature is covered.
