(60) ātmārāma-gaṇākarṣī –
ātmārāma-gaṇākarṣīty etad vyaktārtham eva hi ||207||
Translation
“He who attracts the ātmārāmas” is self-explanatory.

There are many examples of how Kṛṣṇa attracted even great liberated souls like Śukadeva Gosvāmī and the Kumāras.
