Verse Text
hariḥ pūrṇatamaḥ pūrṇataraḥ pūrṇa iti tridhā |
śreṣṭha-madhyādibhiḥ śabdair nāṭye yaḥ paripaṭhyate ||221||
Translation
The Lord takes three forms: most perfect, more perfect and perfect. These are described in nāṭya-śāstra as best, medium and inferior.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
… the Supreme Personality of Godhead is appreciated in three ways: as the most perfect, as very perfect and as perfect.
