Translation

This is confirmed in the Mahā-varāha Purāṇa: All of the bodies of the Lord are eternal, and appear repeatedly in the material world. They are devoid of decrease and increase. They are never born of matter. All the bodies have the very nature of the highest bliss, are pure knowledge, are full of all good qualities, and are devoid of all faults.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

Śāśvatāḥ (eternal) here means that they continually appear in the material world. “Being endowed with all qualities” means that, as required, the forms manifest the qualities (not that all avatāras manifest all the qualities) Kṛṣṇa is the complete manifestation. This is understood from ete cāṁśa kalāḥ puṁsaḥ.

Purport (Nectar of Devotion)

In the Mahā-varāha Purāṇa it is confirmed that the transcendental bodies of the Supreme Personality of Godhead and His expansions are all existing eternally. Such bodies are never material; they are completely spiritual and full of knowledge. They are reservoirs of all transcendental qualities.
