vilāsaḥ –
vṛṣabhasyeva gambhīrā gatir dhīraṁ ca vīkṣaṇam |
sa-smitaṁ ca vaco yatra sa vilāsa itīryate ||255||
Translation
Where there is a heavy gait, steady gaze like that of a bull, and laughing words, it is called vilāsa (playfulness).

Vṛsabhasya (of a bull) modifies the gait and the glance.

When a person is seen to be always happy and is accustomed to speak smilingly, he is considered to be in the mode of enjoyment.
