sthairyam –
vyavasāyād acalanaṁ sthairyaṁ vighnākulād api ||261||
Translation
To remain fixed in one’s duties even though they are filled with obstacles is called steadiness.

Steady
A person who is not disturbed even in a situation of reverses is called steady.
