Verse Text
yathā—
vadānyaḥ ko bhaved atra vadānyaḥ puruṣottamāt |
akiṣcanāya yenātmā nirguṇāyāpi dīyate ||270||
Translation
Say if there is anyone more magnanimous than the Supreme Lord, who offers even His soul to the destitute and nondescript?
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
No one could be more magnanimous than Kṛṣṇa, because He is always prepared to give Himself completely to His devotee. Even to one who is not a devotee, Kṛṣṇa in His form of Lord Caitanya is prepared to give Himself and to grant deliverance.
