Verse Text
ye proktāḥ paṣca-paṣcāśat kramāt kaṁsaripor guṇāḥ |
te cānye cāpi siddheṣu siddhidatvādayo matāḥ ||299||
Translation
The first fifty-five of the qualities denoting Kṛṣṇa, as well as qualities such as the ability to give yoga siddhis, are also present in the perfected devotees.
Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
The fifty-five qualities of the Lord (te) and also qualities not mentioned in relation to the Lord such the ability to give aṇimā siddhi are present in the perfect devotees. Though these are not suitable for rasa, they are mentioned to show the superior nature of bhakti.

It is described that Kṛṣṇa, the enemy of Kaṁsa, has sixty-four transcendental qualities, and all of the ever-liberated souls who accompany the Lord have the first fifty-five of the qualities, without any doubt.
