Verse Text
sadā svarūpa-samprāptaḥ sarva-jṣo nitya-nūtanaḥ |
sac-cid-ānanda-sāndrāṅgaḥ sarva-siddhi-niṣevitaḥ ||38||
Translation
He is always situated in His eternal form; He is omniscient; He is forever young; He has a body made of condensed eternity, knowledge and bliss; and He possesses all siddhis (mystic powers).
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
In the case of the Supreme Lord, condensed (sāndra) means that He possesses a body (aṅgaḥ) endowed with eternity, knowledge and bliss without the presence of any other substance. In the case of Śiva, sāndra means that Śiva (Sadāśiva) possesses a body which has become very similar in nature to the Lord who is eternity, knowledge and bliss.

(51) changeless; (52) all-cognizant; (53) ever fresh; (54) sac-cid-ānanda (possessing an eternal blissful body); (55) possessing all mystic perfections.
