tanau guṇottham aṅkottham iti sal-lakṣaṇaṁ dvidhā [Note: Quality 2 - sarva-sal-lakṣaṇānvitaḥ: Kṛṣṇa’s body is endowed with all of the auspicious features ] ||47||
Translation
Good indications or auspicious characteristics are of two types: bodily features (guṇottham) and the markings on the hands and feet (aṅkottham).

There are certain characteristics of different limbs which are considered to be very auspicious and are fully present in the body of the Lord.
