(18) sudṛḍha-vrataḥ –
pratijṣā-niyamau yasya satyau sa sudṛḍha-vrataḥ ||94||
Translation
A person who is true to his promises and to his perpetual vows is called “fixed in vows”.

18. Determined
Any person who observes regulative principles and fulfills his promises by practical activity is called determined.
