kampo raty-anugāmitvād asau digdha itīryate ||11||
Translation
Since this shaking of her body accompanies the actual rati for Kṛṣṇa, it is called digdha.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
The shaking of her body arose solely from seeing the dreadful dream. [Note: Bhaya-rati is fear for Kṛṣṇa’s safety. She did not have fear related to Kṛṣṇa until later. Her reaction to the dream about Pūtanā can be considered as anurasa (4.9.33). That produced trembling in her body. However, she has real rati for Kṛṣṇa at all times. Thus the shaking of her body is classed as digdha-sāttvika-bhāva.] In verse 8 Yaśodā’s anger (secondary rati) due to separation from Kṛṣṇa caused change of her color and choking of her voice.

When there are manifestations of ecstatic symptoms in the body of a nondevotee, these are called dried-up symptoms of ecstatic love.
