yathā –
adya svidyati vepate pulakibhir nispandatām aṅgakair
dhatte kākubhir ākulaṁ vilapati mlāyaty analpoṣmabhiḥ |
stimyaty ambubhir ambaka-stabakitaiḥ pītāmbaroḍḍāmaraṁ
sadyas tad-viraheṇa muhyati muhur goṣṭhādhivāsī janaḥ ||80||
Translation
O Kṛṣṇa, wearing yellow cloth! Today the inhabitants of Gokula are covered in perspiration out of separation from You. Their limbs are paralyzed and their body hairs are standing on end. In distress they converse in choked voices. They have become faded in complexion due to the extreme heat of separation, and they have become wet with the profuse flow of tears. They are now repeatedly fainting out of separation.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
They are wet (stimyati) with tears which appear like flower clusters (stabakitaiḥ) because of being fixed in the eyes (ambaka). Some of the tears however fall from their eyes and moisten their bodies.

For example, a friend of Kṛṣṇa addressed Him as follows: “My dear Pītāmbara, because of separation from You all the residents of Goloka Vṛndāvana are perspiring. They are lamenting with different words, and their eyes have become moistened with tears. Actually, all of them are in great confusion.”
