atha digdhāḥ –
rati-dvaya-vinābhūtair bhāvair manasa ākramāt |
jane jāta-ratau digdhās te ced raty-anugāminaḥ ||9||
Translation
Digdha-sāttvika-bhāva: When the heart of a person who possesses genuine rati is overcome by an emotion other than the primary or secondary rati and if this emotion appears along with a genuine rati, it is called digdha-sāttvika-bhāva.
