eṣāṁ saṣcāri-bhāvānāṁ madhye kaścana kasyacit |
vibhāvaś cānubhāvaś ca bhaved eva parasparam ||196||
Translation
Among the vyabhicāri-bhāvas some act as cause (vibhāva) and others act as effect (anubhāva).
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
When all such symptoms are included in ecstatic love, they are called saṣcārī, or continuously existing ecstatic symptoms.
