yathā vā –
ḍuṇḍabho jalacaraḥ sa kāliyo
goṣṭha-bhūbhṛd api loṣṭra-sodaraḥ |
tatra karma kim ivādbhutaṁ jane
yena mūrkha jagadīśateryate ||227||
atrāsūyāyāḥ |Translation: Another example of hostile manifestation, concerning envy:
O foolish Akrura! This Kāliya is only a harmless water snake. Govardhana Mountain is only a lump of earth. You are attributing the title of controller of the universe to a person who has just controlled a harmless snake and lifted a pile of earth!

This is a statement made by Kaṁsa to Akrura.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
Kaṁsa once rebuked Akrūra by saying, “You are such a fool that you are accepting a cowherd boy to be the Supreme Personality of Godhead simply because He has defeated some harmless water snake! The boy may have lifted one pebble called Govardhana Hill, but what is more surprising than that is your statement that this boy is the Personality of Godhead!” This is an instance of a maliciously opposing element, caused by hopelessness in ecstatic love for Kṛṣṇa.
