śabdārtha-rasa-vaicitrī vāci kācana nāsti me |
yathā-kathaṣcid evoktaṁ bhāvodāharaṇaṁ param ||249||
Translation
Though my words do not have variety in meaning or flavor, examples of the vyabhicāri-bhāvas have been presented to indicate their essential nature as much as possible.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī says that although he has no expert knowledge about the sounds and meanings and mellows of the symptoms of ecstatic love, he has tried to give some examples of different varieties of love of Kṛṣṇa.
