Translation

Bee’s wax and butter become liquid from different degrees of heat from the sun. Nectar is naturally liquid. The hearts of the dearest devotees of Govinda are naturally soft like nectar.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

The hearts of the dearest devotees are naturally soft (dravībhūtam), and thus produce a great variety in vyabhicāri-bhāvas.

Purport (Nectar of Devotion)

As honey and butter become melted even in slight sunshine, softhearted persons become easily melted. Nectar, however, is by its nature always liquid. And the hearts of those who are in pure ecstatic love with Kṛṣṇa are by nature always liquified, just like nectar.
