Translation
Apprehension from offense: O Indra! As long as you pour rain upon Nanda’s fields, you will be despondent. Listen as I tell you something for your benefit. By surrendering completely to Kṛṣṇa’s lotus feet, you will enjoy full powers as Indra without apprehension in your heart.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
When the King of heaven, Indra, was causing torrents of rain to fall on the land of Vraja, he was advised to surrender himself at the lotus feet of Kṛṣṇa. At that time Indra’s face became very dark because of doubt.
