pūrvam uktād dvidhā bhedān mukhya-gauṇatayā rateḥ |
bhaved bhakti-raso ’py eṣa mukhya-gauṇatayā dvidhā ||113||
Translation
It has previously been stated that rati has two types: primary and secondary. Therefore, rasa also has primary and secondary types.
