yathā vā –
sutam aṅgulibhiḥ snuta-stanī
cibukāgre dadhatī dayārdra-dhīḥ |
samalālayad ālayāt puraḥ
sthiti-bhājaṁ vraja-rāja-gehinī ||35||
Translation
Another example: Yaśodā, whose heart was soft with affection and whose breasts flowed with milk, caressed her son Kṛṣṇa, while holding His chin in her fingers.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
As soon as Mother Yaśodā found her son Kṛṣṇa returning from the pasturing ground, she immediately began to pat Him, touching her fingers to the cheeks of the Lord.
