Translation
When a primary rati in its essential form does not leave the devotee, it is considered to be the continuous or ātyantika-sthāyi-bhāva. This is present in all types of devotees. Without that continuous sthāyi-bhāva, all other bhāvas such as hāsa are dysfunctional.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
That rati (sā) which does not leave (avyabhicarantī) its receptacles (svādhārān, the āśrayas or devotees) should be considered the continuous or ātyantika-sthāyi-bhāva of those devotees. Sometimes svādhārāt in the ablative case is seen instead of svādhārān.
