Verse Text
yathā –
gokulendra-guṇa-gāna-rasena
stambham adbhutam asau bhajamānaḥ |
paśya bhakti-rasa-maṇḍapa-mūla-
stambhatāṁ vahati vaiṣṇava-varyaḥ ||67||
Translation
See how this great devotee, permeated with the sāttvika-bhāva of stambha (paralysis) from hearing sweet songs glorifying Kṛṣṇa, has become the main pillar (stambha) holding up the pavilion of bhakti-rasa.
