Translation
May the eternal soul who has the beautiful form of a cowherd boy and who spread the bhāvas to Rāma and other forms be pleased with this western section of the ocean of nectar. May Sanātana who nourishes the bhāva of Gopāla Bhaṭṭa and distributes the bhāva of Raghunātha dāsa be pleased with this western section! Thus ends the Fifth Wave, concerning madhura-bhakti-rasa, in the Western Section of the Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu. Here ends the Western Section.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
Śrī Rūpa Gosvāmī thus ends the western section of his Ocean of the Nectar of Devotion. He offers his respectful obeisances to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who appeared as Gopāla, the eternal form of the Lord.
Thus ends the Bhaktivedanta summary study of the third division of Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu in the matter of the five primary relationships with Kṛṣṇa.
