Translation
The dear women: I offer my respects to the most astonishing young women, who are endowed with the most excellent, freshest sweetness, whose hearts are mixed with waves of prema, and who adore Kṛṣṇa as their own lover.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
Antar means their hearts or mental functions. Karambita means mixed. All the elements of their mental functions (antarāṅgāḥ) are mixed with waves of prema.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
A pure devotee follows in the footsteps of the gopīs and worships the gopīs as follows: “Let me offer my respectful obeisances to all the young cowherd girls, whose bodily features are so attractive. Simply by their beautiful attractive features they are worshiping the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa.”
