Verse Text
kiṁ ca –
bhṛtyayor nāyakasyeva nisarga-dveṣiṇor api |
aṅgayor aṅginaḥ puṣṭyai bhaved ekatra saṅgatiḥ ||78||
Translation
However, just as there is a conjoining of two natural enemies for service to a common master, their king, there is no fault in the mixing of two conflicting aṅga-rasas for nourishing the aṅgī-rasa.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
Although this is a contradiction of mellows, there is no incompatibility, because even a brahmānandī will become attracted to Kṛṣṇa.
