svayaṁ viśramayaty āryaṁ

Translation
When His elder brother, fatigued from playing, would lie down with His head upon the lap of a cowherd boy, Lord Kṛṣṇa would help Him relax by personally massaging His feet and offering other services.

When they felt some fatigue, they would sit down, and Balarāma would put His head on the lap of one of the boys just to take rest, and Kṛṣṇa would immediately come and begin massaging the legs of Balarāma. And sometimes Kṛṣṇa would take a palm fan and fan the body of Balarāma, causing a pleasing breeze to relieve Him of His fatigue.
Purport
The word
pāda-saṁvāhanādibhiḥ
indicates that Lord Kṛṣṇa would massage Balarāma’s feet, fan Him and bring Him river water to drink.
