O my Lord, You are the all-pervading Supreme Personality of Godhead, and Your transcendental four-armed form, holding conchshell, disc, club and lotus, is unnatural for this world. Please withdraw this form [and become just like a natural human child so that I may try to hide You somewhere].

Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

O my Lord, You are the all-pervading Supreme Personality of Godhead, and Your transcendental four-armed form, holding conchshell, disc, club and lotus, is unnatural for this world. Please withdraw this form [and become just like a natural human child so that I may try to hide You somewhere]. KB 10.3.30 “Therefore I request You to conceal this four-armed form of Your Lordship, which holds the four symbols of Viṣṇu—namely the conchshell, the disc, the club and the lotus flower.

Purport

Devakī was thinking of hiding the Supreme Personality of Godhead and not handing Him over to Kaṁsa as she had all her previous children. Although Vasudeva had promised to hand over every child to Kaṁsa, this time he wanted to break his promise and hide the child somewhere. But because of the Lord’s appearance in this surprising four-armed form, He would be impossible to hide.

Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

"As you pervade the whole universe and I reside within the universe, you also reside within me. How then has this weakness of heart arisen in me? It must be your fault." Thus she addresses the Lord as visvatma, soul of the universe. "Withdraw this uncommon form and assume a form of a normal human baby, and I will quickly hide you."

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

Doubting that he will agree to her request, she speaks again, unable to tolerate Kaṁsa. Hide that particular form with four arms decorated with conch, cakra, club and lotus. Show a different form. You cannot hide your present form from the people anywhere. O soul of the universe! Since you show unlimited forms simultaneously, this is not impossible for you! Hiding two of your arms and your Kaustubha and other ornaments, show a concealed form like that of other people. Then you will be able to hide anywhere among the people.

Purport (Sanatana Goswami)

Withdraw this form since it is extraordinary. O soul of the universe, this is possible for you to do. The extraordinary form is described. It is endowed with the beauty of conch etc. Or it should be withdrawn because it is extraordinary, with the beauty of clothing etc. and conch, cakra, lotus and club. The deep meaning is this: it is possible to protect you by hiding you somewhere in the world. Or the reason for hiding is given in the previous verse. He should not know, because by not knowing about your birth (bhavad-dhetoḥ), he will not harm us. “Should I disappear completely?” This verse answers. No, just withdraw this particular form.
