सपद्यपध्वस्तसमस्तकिल्बिषो
वोढा मुदं वीतविशङ्क ऊर्जिताम् ॥ १९ ॥

Translation
Thus He will cast His smiling, affectionate glance upon me as I remain fixed with joined palms, fallen in obeisances at His feet. Then all my contamination will at once be dispelled, and I will give up all doubts and feel the most intense bliss.

“Even though I am on a sinful mission, being deputed by Kaṁsa, when I approach the Supreme Personality of Godhead, I shall stand before Him with all humility and folded hands. Surely He will be pleased with my devotional attitude, and maybe He will smile lovingly and look upon me and thereby free me from all kinds of sinful reactions. I shall then be on the platform of transcendental bliss and knowledge.

"Will he not look at me offering respects at his lotus feet with merciful glance? Immediately I will achieve increased bliss, and all fear will be gone, for the Lord certainly knows my heart."

All my sins (serving Kaṁsa) will be destroyed. All my fears will be removed. In his commentary Śrīdhara Svāmī uses the word yadi to mean “certainly” as in the following:
nānyasya barhiṣi balīn dadataḥ sva-bhāgān
dhatte padaṁ tvam avitā yadi vighna-mūrdhni
But because you are the protector of your devotee, he is able to step over the head of whatever obstacles the devatās place before him. SB 11.4.10
Certainly (yadi) he will see me with his merciful glance. Or, Akrūra develops another desire, being definitely dissatisfied by his nature as a devotee.
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
All my sins (serving Kaṁsa) or desires for liberation etc. will be destroyed (apadhvasta-samasta-kilbiṣaḥ). All my fears will be removed. Or thinking of receiving mercy, the Lord will not only place his hand on his head, but will cast his smiling glance. This is his further desire. Being attentive, with folded hands, at his feet, perhaps he will glance at me.
