KB 10.40.27 “My dear Lord, I am completely incapable of controlling my mind, which is now driven by the unbridled senses and is attracted by fruitive activities and their results. Therefore, my intelligence is very miserly.

Lacking intelligence (krpanah dhih), I cannot stop the foolish mind pulled by the strong (pramathibhih) senses (aksaih).

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

I cannot control my mind tormented by actions instigated by previous impressions and pulled by the eye and other senses which give trouble because of contacting material objects.

Purport (Sanatana Goswami)

Though I am your devotee, I am in a fallen condition. Or though I know all this, I am in this condition. Kāma is desire for enjoyment. Karma is its cause. My mind struggling with desire and karma, is pulled everywhere for sense objects (itas tataḥ).
