Translation
Her mind overwhelmed by Kṛṣṇa’s beauty, charm, sweetness, smiles, words and glances, Trivakrā gave both Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma generous amounts of ointment.

Being captivated by the beautiful features of Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma, Their talking, Their smiling, Their glancing and Their other activities, the hunchbacked woman began to smear all the pulp of sandalwood over Their bodies with great satisfaction and devotion.

Viṣṇu Purāṇa
(5.20.7):
śrutvā tam āha sā kṛṣṇaṁ
gṛhyatām iti sādaram
anulepanaṁ pradadau
gātra-yogyam athobhayoḥ
“Hearing this, she respectfully replied to Lord Kṛṣṇa, ‘Please take it,’ and gave both of Them ointment suitable for applying to Their bodies.”

Kubja, overpowered by the beauty (rupa), skilful actions (pesala) and sweetness, gave the ointment to Krsna and Balarama.

She was overwhelmed by Kṛṣṇa’s natural attractiveness (madhurya):
kim etad adbhutam iva vāsudeve ’khilātmani
vrajasya sātmanas tokeṣv apūrvaṁ prema vardhate
What is this irrational phenomenon? The affection of all the inhabitants of Vraja, including me, for Kṛṣṇa, the soul and shelter of all of us, increasing as never before, is now increasing for these boys and calves. SB 10.13.36
Rūpa-peśala means graceful beauty as in the following verse:
tatra teṣv ātma-pakṣeṣv a-gṛṇatsu vijigīṣayā
vācaḥ peśaiḥ smayan bhṛtyam uddhavaṁ prāha keśavaḥ
When his supporters, the Yādavas, objected to this proposal out of eagerness to defeat Jarāsandha, Keśava turned to his servant Uddhava and, smiling, addressed him with fine words. SB 10.70.45
Such attractiveness, beauty and grace were seen in his smile, words and glances. These words refer to Kṛṣṇa’s beauty since she expressed her love for him. However she gave the ointment to both of them because of Kṛṣṇa’s desire. Viṣṇu Purāṇa says:
śrutvā tam āha sā kṛṣṇaṁ gṛhyatām iti sādaram
anulepanaṁ pradadau gātra-yogyam athobhayoḥ
Hearing this, she respectfully replied to Lord Kṛṣṇa, ‘Please take it,’ and gave both of them ointment suitable for applying to their bodies.
She offered the ointment to their hands, or applied in on their bodies. Though she carried very little of the ointment (sāndram), it because sufficient for both of them and their friends to spread all over their bodies. The ointment was applied without disturbing the ornaments and garlands.

She was overwhelmed by the beauty of both of them and thus gave the ointment to both.

Or overwhelmed by Kṛṣṇa’s beauty she gave to both. Genitive cases is used since it is a prayer to Kṛṣṇa. She took them both as her masters out of devotion. She gave them both ointment, and gave other things to the other boys, since there was not so much ointment.
