Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

Lord Balarāma and Muṣṭika, expertly displaying numerous wrestling techniques, battled each other in the same way that Lord Kṛṣṇa and His opponent did. KB 10.44.19 Lord Balarāma was fighting with the wrestler Muṣṭika in the same way that Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, was fighting and wrestling with Cāṇūra.

Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

Just as Krsna and Canura (krsnetarau) fought with each, so Balarama fought with Mustika.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

The fight is again described. They fought as explained previously. Taiḥ is repeated to show the astonishing nature of the fight. They fought similar to Kṛṣṇa and Cāṇūra. Thus Camera’s skill is indicated. There would be no thrill in the pastime if he were unqualified. The necessary actions were arranged by the līlā-śakti. Instead of ubhau cānura-keśavau sometimes vividhair acyutetarau is seen.
