Translation
O King, Akrūra bathed the feet of Lord Kṛṣṇa and Lord Balarāma and then poured the bath water on his head. He presented Them with gifts of fine clothing, aromatic sandalwood paste, flower garlands and excellent jewelry. After thus worshiping the two Lords, he bowed his head to the floor. He then began to massage Lord Kṛṣṇa’s feet, placing them on his lap, and with his head bowed in humility he addressed Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma as follows.

O King, Akrūra bathed the feet of Lord Kṛṣṇa and Lord Balarāma and then poured the bath water on his head. He presented Them with gifts of fine clothing, aromatic sandalwood paste, flower garlands and excellent jewelry. After thus worshiping the two Lords, he bowed his head to the floor. He then began to massage Lord Kṛṣṇa's feet, placing them on his lap, and with his head bowed in humility he addressed Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma as follows.

When all were comfortably seated, Akrūra washed their feet and sprinkled the water on his head. Then he offered nice clothing, flowers and sandalwood pulp in regular worship. All three of them were very satisfied by Akrūra’s behavior. Akrūra then bowed down before Kṛṣṇa, putting his head on the ground. Then, placing Kṛṣṇa’s lotus feet on his lap, Akrūra gently began to massage them. When Akrūra was fully satisfied in the presence of Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma, his eyes filled with tears of love for Kṛṣṇa, and he began to offer his prayers as follows.

Akrura put all the water (a+ apah) that he used to wash their feet on his head. He massaged their feet with his two hands gently (mrjan).

He bathed their feet in water and put that on his head. Or he placed his head on their feet. He worshipped them with gifts of four types of food, betel nut and ointments. He then worshipped them with excellent scents, garlands and ornaments, bowed his head and massaged their feet in his lap. He had them both relax and then massaged Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma separately. They lay on their backs.

He washed the feet of Kṛṣṇa and Balaṛama. O king! Śukadeva becomes overjoyed on seeing the good fortune of Akrūra. The worship according to the rules is described. He worshipped them with the ingredients of worship (arhanena) such as foot water. Some details are given. Or after feeding them he again worshipped them. Washing their feet and putting the water on his head can be part of the first worship in the previous verse.
He lowered his head since he could not do complete praṇamas while massaging their feet or he had a desire to see their faces. He took both pairs of feet on his lap. Or because he had affection for his great devotee, Kṛṣṇa spread his feet for him to massage (mṛjan).
