Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

When Trivakrā saw Him arriving at her house, she at once rose from her seat in a flurry. Coming forward graciously with her girlfriends, she respectfully greeted Lord Acyuta by offering Him an excellent seat and other articles of worship. KB 10.48.3 When Kubjā saw that Lord Kṛṣṇa had come to her house to fulfill His promised visit, she immediately got up from her chair to receive Him cordially. Accompanied by her many girlfriends, she began to talk with Him with great respect and honor. After offering Him a nice place to sit, she worshiped Lord Kṛṣṇa in a manner just suitable to her position.

Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

She offered him a suitable (yatha) seat and other objects of worship.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

Seeing him coming from a distance, she got up from her seat immediately, filled with joy (sam--utthāya). The word hi is added to complete the meter. She got up because she was filled with excitement (jāta-sambhramāḥ). The excitement arose from her joy. He did not deviate from his promise (acyutam).

Purport (Sanatana Goswami)

Seeing him from far off, she left her seat with trembling. Though (hi) agitated (jāta-saṁbhramāḥ) she came forward, closely (upa-saṅgamya), with her friends. Or being extremely (hi) agitated, and unable by herself, with friends she welcomed Kṛṣṇa, with a seat, foot washing etc. He came because he does not fail to uphold his word (acyutam).
