KB 10.52.27
Reaching the gate of Dvārakā, the brāhmaṇa informed the doorkeeper of his arrival, and the doorkeeper led him to the place where Kṛṣṇa was sitting on a golden throne. Since the brāhmaṇa had the opportunity to be Rukmiṇī’s messenger, he was fortunate enough to see the Supreme Personality of Godhead Kṛṣṇa, the original cause of all causes.
Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
He entered accompanied by the gate keepers. (pratiharaih).
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
He went straight (sam—abhyetyra), not going on a crooked path, and arrived at Dvārakā. This was good fortune. He went through many gates. Thus he was given permission to enter by many gatekeepers (pratīharaiḥ), while seeing the path lined with many persons giving praise to the Lord (pra—veśitaḥ). He saw Kṛṣṇa (puruṣam) who is the source of all forms of the Lord (ādyam). Sitting on a gold throne, his dark form appeared most beautiful.
