Translation
An unsatisfied brāhmaṇa wanders restlessly from one planet to another, even if he becomes King of heaven. But a satisfied brāhmaṇa, though he may possess nothing, rests peacefully, all his limbs free of distress.

“Even if a person is as opulent as the King of heaven, Indra, if he is not satisfied he inevitably has to transmigrate from one planet to another. Such a person can never be happy under any circumstances; but if one’s mind is satisfied, even if he is bereft of all possessions, he can be happy living anywhere.”
This instruction by Kṛṣṇa to the brāhmaṇa is very significant. The purport is that a true brāhmaṇa should not be disturbed in any situation. In this modern age, Kali-yuga, the so-called brāhmaṇas have accepted the abominable position of śūdras or less and still want to pass as qualified brāhmaṇas. Actually, a qualified brāhmaṇa always sticks to his own duties and never accepts those of a śūdra or of one less than a śūdra. It is advised in the authorized scriptures that a brāhmaṇa may, under awkward circumstances, accept the profession of a kṣatriya or even a vaiśya, but never is he to accept the profession of a śūdra. Lord Kṛṣṇa declared that a brāhmaṇa will never be disturbed by any adverse conditions if he scrupulously sticks to his religious principles.
Purport
Those who are unsatisfied feel distress throughout their body, becoming subject to many diseases. A satisfied
brāhmaṇa,
however, though he may possess nothing, is peaceful and calm, and there is no distress within his body or mind.

The unsatisfied brahmana even it he becomes Indra, wanders from planet to planet, but does not exhaust his thirst for enjoyment; There is an alternate reading: even though he becomes Indra, he does not attain the planets. This means he does not attain satisfaction.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
This point is made by showing results of from absence and presence of satisfaction. Because he does not attain satisfaction though attaining what he desired again and again, he attains those planets repeatedly. The satisfied person is free of worries (jvara).
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
If he is even sometimes satisfied, then he can be peaceful. Or if he is constantly satisfied (asakrt modifying both lines of text), though poor, he rests peacefully. By that satisfaction he is free of body distress like trembling and mental distress like confusion. Cintā jvaro manuṣyāṇām: man’s sickness is worrying.
