Translation
The brāhmaṇa announced to her the arrival of Lord Yadunandana and relayed the Lord’s promise to marry her.

The brāhmaṇa replied that the son of the Yadu dynasty, Śrī Kṛṣṇa, had arrived; he further encouraged her by saying that Kṛṣṇa had promised to carry her away without fail.

He described to her his meeting with Krsna. He described how Krsna had promised to come to her, relating his words such as "I will bring Rukmini." (sb 10.153.3)

He announced that he had met Kṛṣṇa, who gives joy to the Yadus (yadu-nandanam). Rukmiṇī praised him. Or, the brāhmaṇa announced he had met Kṛṣṇa, that Kṛṣṇa had come and what he said, and praised (śaśamṣa) Kṛṣṇa. Or the brāhmaṇa described (śaśaṁsa) Kṛṣṇa, that he had come, and what he said.

Kṛṣṇa who gives joy to the Yadus indicates that all the Yadus also came. The Lord had promised (satya-vacanam) to take her. He announced what he said to (prati) Kṛṣṇa (yadu-nandanam) and his promise to take her close to him (upanayanam).
