tāvakaiḥ śātravaṁ balam

Translation
In response the Lord laughed and assured her, “Do not be afraid, beautiful-eyed one. This enemy force is about to be destroyed by your soldiers.”

… and Kṛṣṇa, who could immediately understand her mind, encouraged her with these words: “My dear Rukmiṇī, don’t worry. Please rest assured that the soldiers of the Yadu dynasty will kill all the opposing soldiers without delay.”
Purport
To express His great affection for Rukmiṇī, Lord Kṛṣṇa gallantly referred to His own Yādava army as “your men,” indicating that the Lord’s entire dynasty was now the property of His beloved queen. The Supreme Lord, Kṛṣṇa, desires to share His blissful opulences with all living beings, and thus He sincerely invites them to come back home, back to Godhead. The Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement, introduced throughout the world by Śrīla Prabhupāda on the order of his spiritual master, Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura, who himself preached all over India on the order of his exalted father, Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura, is broadcasting the loving message of Lord Kṛṣṇa: Remember Him, serve Him, return to Him and share in the infinite bounty of the kingdom of God.

Do not be afraid ( ma sma baih). Your army will defeat the enemy." Out of affection form his new bride he calls his troops hers.

Fearless, he laughed to dispel her fear when he saw her in that condition. O Rukmiṇī with beautiful eyes! He exclaimed in this way out of joy, because at this time he experienced the excellent beauty that she had offered to him. They will be destroyed because of your troops (actually his troops). They will be destroyed easily. The plural is used (tāvakaiḥ—your troops) to indicate that his troops were numerous whereas the enemy troops were meager (balam), denoted by the singular. He said this to calm her.

He laughed loudly to destroy her fear since he was directly the supreme Lord (bhagavān). That is mentioned by Kapila:
hāsaṁ harer avanatākhila-loka-tīvra-
śokāśru-sāgara-viśoṣaṇam atyudāram
One should meditate on the generous smile of the Lord which completely dries up the ocean of tears of intense grief in his devotees caused by separation. SB 3.28.32
O lotus-eyed one! Your eyes have become more beautiful by the agitation of fear. The enemy troops will be destroyed by the Yadu troops related to you (tāvakaiḥ). They will all die. His troops were many indicated by the plural. This will pacify her. The enemy troops is in the singular to indicate their small army.
