एवं मीमांसमानायां वैदर्भ्यां देवकीसुत: । देवक्यानकदुन्दुभ्यामुत्तम:श्लोक आगमत् ॥ ३५ ॥

evaṁ mīmāṁsamaṇāyāṁ vaidarbhyāṁ devakī-sutaḥ devaky-ānakadundubhyām uttamaḥ-śloka āgamat

Synonyms

evam thus ; mīmāṁsamānāyām as she was conjecturing ; vaidarbhyām Queen Rukmiṇī ; devakī sutaḥ — the son of Devakī ; devakī ānakadundubhyām — together with Devakī and Vasudeva ; uttamaḥ ślokaḥ — Lord Kṛṣṇa ; āgamat came there .

Translation

As Queen Rukmiṇī conjectured in this way, Lord Kṛṣṇa, the son of Devakī, arrived on the scene with Vasudeva and Devakī.

As Queen Rukmiṇī conjectured in this way, Lord Kṛṣṇa, the son of Devakī, arrived on the scene with Vasudeva and Devakī. KB 10.55.35 At that very moment, Lord Kṛṣṇa, along with His father and mother, Devakī and Vasudeva, appeared on the scene.

Kṛṣṇa came with Vasudeva and Devakī because he had come from their house. He is called Uttamaśloka because he is praised for driving away ignorance. He arrived to drive away Rukmiṇī’s ignorance on this matter.

While she was considering in this way, Kṛṣṇa came with Vasudeva and Devakī to give them joy. He is called Uttamaśloka because he is famous for his affection to his friends, or he is praised for driving away ignorance. He arrived to drive away Rukmiṇī’s ignorance on this matter.
